Recurrence of Rosemarie's back problem meant no running at all for 6 months,
waiting for consultants appointments, MRI scan, nerve root injection, etc.
No improvement, and told nothing more could be done.
Started limited running again in July. Trails only, roads too painful. Still got 'dead' left leg and walking every mile-or-so. Alec also out of action for several weeks. |
